Having been through my share of computing problems, I am often called upon to help people with whatever computer problems they might have. I have experience troubleshooting problems in various Windows operating systems and with many hardware and software. From installing new hardware to fixing up Windows, I've dealt with many different issues of working with computers to make sure they work as they should.
Goals:- To help people have the best and most productive experience with their computers.
- To help people understand more about how to use their computers effectively.
- To be respectful to people who may have limited oomputer knowledge and help them to improve their skills.
- To prevent many problems before they happen by employing different software and techniques.
